These Terms and Conditions govern your use of PM Master ("Service"), operated by ФОП Пілінкевич Юрій Васильович (ІПН 2377118750), accessible at pm-master.club. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

PM Master is an AI-powered platform that helps Project Managers create PMBOK-aligned project documents, prepare for PMP certification, and manage project information. The Service includes document generation, PMP quiz features, EVM tracking, and other project management tools.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use at [email protected]

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscription Plans

PM Master offers the following plans:

• Trial — Free, 1 project, 7 days
• Quiz Only — $5/month, unlimited PMP Quiz access
• Starter — $9/month, up to 3 projects
• Pro — $19/month, up to 10 projects
• Unlimited — $29/month, unlimited projects
• Team — per-seat pricing for 2–200+ users

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Access continues until the end of the billing period. Payments are processed by WayForPay.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the Service
• Use the Service to generate misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content
• Share your account credentials with other users

5. AI-Generated Content

PM Master uses AI to generate project documents and quiz content. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before using it in a professional context. PM Master does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated output.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by ФОП Пілінкевич Ю.В. Project documents you generate using the Service belong to you. You grant us no rights to your input data.

7. Privacy & Data

Your project data is stored securely in your personal account. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required to provide the Service (e.g., payment processing via WayForPay, AI processing via Anthropic). Data is protected using Supabase Row Level Security — no other user can access your projects.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PM Master shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. The total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes by email.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ukraine.
